Job Description

Widebed is the pioneer vacation rental host and concierge services in Malaysia since 2011 on track to conquering Southeast Asia.

We help property owners in major cities generate and maximise Short-term rental income with zero stress by taking care of the full process of 24/7 hosting and concierge services. Our vision is to becoming the preferred Short-Stay Brand in Southeast Asia.

Main Duties :

– Communicate with guests, lead guests to make the booking, and update into system.
– Prepare daily job sheet list to be distributed to front desk.
– To respond guest’s request/inquiries during their stay, communicate with frontliners & operation or maintenance team to resolve guest’s requests/enquires.
– To carry out daily night audit and follow up all payment collection.
– Monitor rate and occupancy by providing market insights and report to superior on the propose rate/promotion.
– Prepare invoices to account department for monthly statement used.
– Always support operation/frontliners and provide necessary assistant especially on guest’s requests.
– Continuous search for the various potential platform to increase the sales & occupancy

Job Qualifications :

– Experience in hospitality/hotel/Airbnb industry is a plus
– Minimum 2 years experience in OTA/Reservation/Marketing/Revenue Management or related
– Familiar with Hospitality management system and OTA extranet
– Own smartphone
– Excellent communication skills
– Able to work on weekends and flexible schedule
