Job Description:

To handle the day-to-day restaurant daily purchasing task, process and matters.
Request quotation, new product sample and manage quality issues.
Build and maintain good relationship with supplier.
To maintain accurate and updated record of supplier information, purchasing products and services, pricing, invoices, and delivery information in the system.
To execute and support purchasing activities to ensure all requirements are processed promptly and accurately.
Able to follow up, work closely and communicate with operation team for any procurement related matters.
Work closely with supplier to check order status and to meet delivery timeline.
Prepare monthly purchasing and closing stock report.
To perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior and management from time to time as necessary.
Job Requirement:

Self-motivated, positive and good working attitude with strong analytical or numeric skills.
Good time management skills.
Accurate and precise attention to detail.
Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels.
Procurement experience in food and beverage industry would be an added advantage.
